We believe Wild Turkey Hunting is one of the best first hunts for those new to the sport. We operate our Turkey Hunts in Eastern Ontario (within 1 hour of Ottawa) and have a 100% success rate for harvesting a minimum of one if not two birds during a 3 day hunt. Cost: $500 plus licenses and 13% taxes per day or $1300 for 3 days. Allowed 2 birds per hunter but only 1 per day each. We strongly recommend our Ontario resident clients apply for antlerless deer tags in WMU’s 64a or 67. Our Quebec location offers high quality accommodations with hunts taking place in big woods and hilly country compared to our flat, farm country hunts in Eastern Ontario. Our success rate is a little lower in this area but the scenery and included waterfront accommodations offer a unique and more “wild” hunting experience. Cost: $1500 plus licenses and 15% taxes per hunter for a 3 day fully guided hunt. Includes 3 nights accommodations in 2 bedroom/ 4 star waterfront cottage, fully guided hunt during morning and afternoon periods and gutting of deer for transport to a butcher.

You must be prepared for the bugs and we’ll happily provide you with all the information necessary to make your trip comfortable and enjoyable. With a very high viewing and shooting opportunity rate, this fishing/hunting combo package including accommodations is a great “bang for the buck”, or bear in this case! Cost: $2500 plus licenses and 15% taxes per hunter for a 6 day fully guided hunt. Includes 6 nights accommodations in 2 bedroom/ 4 star waterfront cottage, fully guided hunt from late afternoon to dark, tracking, gutting and skinning of bear for transport to a butcher and taxidermist. A motorboat and first tank of gas is also included for every 2 paying clients for fishing in the mornings and after harvesting your bear.

Eastern Canadian Outfitters, Camachigama location. Moose hunting is one of the most challenging hunts in the remote wilderness of Northern Quebec. If you are new to moose hunting, taking a guide for the first year or two can make all the difference as it is unique from hunting many other species. In Quebec, you require a minimum of 2 hunters to harvest one moose and as part of our management strategy, we allow one bull moose per group of 2,3 or 4 hunters. Success rates are normally around 40 to 45% on Do it yourself trips and 60 to 65% on fully guided trips. Cost: $10 000 plus licenses and 15% taxes for group of 2 to 4 hunters for 5 day fully guided hunt. Includes 6 nights accommodations in remote outpost cabin, 5 day fully guided hunt during morning and afternoon periods and gutting of moose for transport to a butcher. A motorboat and first tank of gas is also included for every 2 paying clients for fishing in the mid day and after harvesting your moose.
